About Casa Pisano
When you step through the threshold of Tordenskioldsgate 5, you leave Norway behind. Here, you are greeted by Italian aromas, dramatic family connections, traditional details, history in the walls, and a loving extended family at the center. Across three floors, you get to know the Pisano family, who, in addition to their Trattoria, offer a house filled with secrets and traditions. The restaurant, serving pizza, pasta, and other traditional Italian dishes, has over 200 seats, a beautiful and newly built rooftop terrace, and a large wine cellar with wines from both major and small Italian producers. The restaurant will be open five days a week and is located in the prestigious premises of Blomqvist. Casa Pisano opens its doors in August.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create enjoyable experiences for all our guests.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional manner.
- Contribute to delivering high-quality service and maintaining control in both the restaurant and other areas.
- Actively participate in fostering a positive work environment.
- Adhere to our concepts and standards according to our vision.
Qualifications:
- You find hospitality and food exciting and interesting!
- Preferably, you have experience and expertise as a waiter/waitress, or significant experience in a bar or other service-related roles.
- Recognize the value of genuine hospitality and providing our guests with an excellent overall experience.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, while also being self-motivated.
- Knowledge of wine and other beverages is advantageous.
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus but not necessary.
